Pho 38

Pho 38, Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.
If you have a itch for  a big bowl of hearty soup this is the place. The broth is freshly made on a daily basis.
I always get the beef and meatballs. Then add peppers, bean sprout ho-sin sauce and more hot chili oil.
Lets not forget fried dumpling or egg rolls if desired
Service can be slow but good things take time.
