They do it so well. Simple hearty and so good. This is a comfort food. So far they follow the KISS  method. K.eep I.t S.imple S.tupid. Meat has flavor cooked well with heavy gravy. Fills the belly and tantalize the taste buds. OH my the dinner rolls are to die for.
