Back Streets Sport Bar, SE 47th Ter,Cape Coral, Fl, Here is my 2 cents on the food and a bit of chit chat.
Lets start with chit chat... It is a typical Floridian sports bar that serves food. Smoking, for idiots , allowed. As a real athlete does not smoke. The sign says if you look under 45 be prepared to be ID. (really)... 10-20 ,40+inches of flat screens are around the bar on the walls.
Food... Every day a different food specials is offered .It is at a small price 25 cents or 50cents (ie. tacos, sliders, pizza, crab legs of course) ( we are near an ocean)
A special drink, is at the ready, for a special price. 3 bucks.... Buy a soda get a free refill. The glass is filled to the rim with ice. Soda..You are paying for a 2 liter bottle BUT getting only maybe 8 ounces. I was here for a free daddy day pizza. All meat lover 12 inches dine in only.
Well my pie was all meat. Covered entirely with meat. Sliced meatballs , ham, lots of bacon, pepperoni. CHEESE....MMMMM good no crust was seen. Just MEAT a Carnivore delight greasy and tasty. Falling off hot with the cheese. Even when it got cold it was none too shabby.
The perfect meal to drink beer or hard liquor..
PLUS directly in front of the establishment is a stretch limousine. Ready to take the inebriate home.
A good place for a boys nite out. And to associate with the opposite sex with low to none morals.
Enjoy!!!!

Peppers Deli & Butcher Shop
Peppers Deli & Butcher Shop, Corporate Sq., Naples, Florida. Here is my 2 cents on the food and some chit chat. Ahh a real ethnic German deli. If you are a fan of german food this is a gem hidden away in the middle of Naples. Pickles served out of a barrel. Apple strudel or cherry. German tater salad. Of course sauerkraut. A big choice of deli meats with a variety of sides Lets not forget sausages.
They have been here since about 2007 so they must be doing something right. They did right by me , by having good tasting food. So meander around the airport and get your kraut on.

Farmers Market Restuarant
The Farmers Market Restaurant, Edison Ave, Fort Myers, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chit chat. I went southern style and got 3 sides with fried chicken with rolls and muffins. OMG the rolls were light airy coated with butter. But that did not stop me from adding more butter. Corm muffins bursting with corn flavor. Best I ever had and more butter goodness...I got the collards greens bit of bacon or pork with some onion . Good for the dietary track. The cheesey macaroni & cheese so smooth. The perfectly balance cole slaw. Crunchy creamy delightful. And for me a crispy chicken leg/thigh... ( white meat is 50 cents extra)
Chit Chat... This is the oldest eatery, 1952, in Fort Myers. At any time you will see a judge or mechanic seated near each other enjoying time honor southern cuisine. Maybe a deacon or a bail bondman. Everyone is welcome. Oh lets not forget the great dessert, pecan, apple or keylime pie.
Plenty of nice servers large parking lot and reasonable prices.
This is a must for tourist local and foodies a like. Even the snooty ones from down in Naple can enjoy great food at good prices. ( They can save 25 cents a gallon for gas here in Lee County)
So enjoy....

Luciano's Pizza
Luciano's Pizza, SW Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral, FL., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.
Pizza is a personal thing. So I went for other entrees. Spaghettis and NY style stromboli. Spaghettis was 9 bucks or so. I got two wonderful meatballs ,which were so tender. A nice fresh salad plus toasted garlic bread. Kudos on both
The gravy ( which is sauce to you less knowledgeable folks) was perfect. Well balanced. The pasta was boiled to a wonderful al dente. Plus enough for 2 meals..
A NY stromboli. Filled with roasted garlic that fluttered in the air, pepperoni, ham ,cheese, see the website for more ingredients. A light and flaky crust & pint of house gravy for dipping.
Service was quick.
Note.. There is only 2 tables inside for eating, but 10 yards away outside more tables.
They serve NY pizza. Which can be a bit oily BUT filled with so much flavor. And they sell it by the slice. Just like New Yorkers are use to.

Belky Cafe
Belky's Cuban Cafeteria, Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, FL., Here is my 2 cents on the food and short review. I stumbled upon this place. I did not realized how many cuban places there are in the Cape.
Everything is basically spanish so it hard to order unless you know the language. I do not know it.
I went for the special of the day. It was breaded fried pork with black beans and rice. The beans here were good. It was actually seasoned. Not just water. Rice is rice. The fried pork was fall apart. I also got some sweet plantains. I loved them. Overall not too shabby
So if you are cuban or like cuban cuisine give this place a try.
Service was good.

Yummy Yummy
Yummy Yummy, SW Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral, FL., Here my 2 cents on the food. I was surprised to find another chinese place in the Cape.
I order a beef teriyaki, sushi, appetizer of pork rolls. The teriyaki was cooked med-rare it was tender. I thought it could have been a bit sweeter and thicker sauce. Overall I liked it. Rice was very good. My pork whatever was delish fried lightly and so good. I order a 3 sushi for 12 bucks. A good deal. I did not realized I would get so much. I needed a doggie bag to take home.
Service was excellent. Take out orders was a buzz as I ate.

Luis Bakery
Luis Bakery, Santa Barbara Blvd., Cape Coral, FL., Here my 2 cents on the food. This is a cuban bakery that also serves breakfast/lunch.
The food. I went on the menu and order a cheese/bacon omelette. Little did I know they serve it as the cuban style. (see pic) Not the traditional french way. The ingredients are not folded into the egg. Well I hate it this way. It tasted fine it was hot and delivered quickly. Plus for potatoes you get french fries. And bread is cuban bread toasted of sorts with butter.
Over all if you like this style this is a good place. But for me nope.
AHHH the one saving item was a double espresso. This had to be the strongest coffee I have had in the area it was good.
So if you like strong coffee, not very sweet pastries this is a good place.
