A Rant of Floridian Drivers

Well, I must congratulate Floridians on finally being in a top 10 list of something. They were rated by 3 major national organizations . I have lived here for 2 years and I knew this was a fact. Now there is statistics to back up my observations .  FLORIDIANS are  tops in WORST DRIVERS OF THESE UNITED STATES......  Granted...Floridians did not make the top spot..( But/and the city of Cape Coral is listed as one of the safest city here in Florida.) I have seen changing lanes in a intersection,running red light/right turns. ( no roll thru plain driving thru) 10 mile above speed limit or 10 miles under speed limit. 95% of women yakking on a cell phone. 

Now why should I be able to complain of this...35 or so years of driving with never a parking ticket,no accidents cause by me. (2- I was in but not at fault) Only 1 speeding ticket . On a Sunday afternoon,101 ,Brisbane,CA,no traffic but me and a CHIPPY. Beautiful sunny day doing 75 mpg in a 65,driving a blue 1979,Datsun 280zx 5 speed windows down music loud.. MY DESERVED PUNISHMENT.... Traffic school on the INTERNET cost $55.00 DMV or insurance never knew. :-).

So people get your head out of your ass and learn to drive RIGHT.

REFLECTIONS

Its been 12 years since the cowardly act happen in New York. Today I remember like it was yesterday 4  incidents of  history for me and where I was located. .......9/11 I woke up at 1000 am pacific time after a late shift working in the projects of San Francisco. I turned on the  television and saw the plane  destroying the Towers in NY. I thought WOW what a cool TV show or movie. Then a few minutes later I heard the announcer state what happen.
The 2nd  was when I was on patrol at the now defunct Oakland Army Base. I stopped at the entry gate and the officer on duty told me of the shuttle explosion.
3rd place was the 1989 earthquake of San Francisco. I was in downtown on California St when the ground moved. I grabbed my GF at the time, Beverly ,  and took her to the middle of the street in case panes of glass were to fall onto the sidewalk.
And one of the best  memories of my lifetime is my first kiss with Bernice Hegwood. The first black woman I ever kiss and set the tone for the rest of my life. If I wasn't a Atheist I would be thanking a god right now for that moment.
There are many more moments.These are not in order of their importance. Just thoughts out loud.

Hog Heaven, Mister Bacon

   Mister Bacon, North Fort Meyers, FL.    Yeah this is the place for indulgence. BACON,BACON, & BACON.. sandwiches BURGERS AND HOTDOGS.  The cole slaw is terrific  too.. If  you need a bacon fix here you go.

BUT everyone needs a bacon fix...unless U are a freakish vegetarian .( smile in the mirror do you have teeth like a cow .....NO  teeth like a wolf and a cow!)

Anyway the food is gr8t, service quick with a smile. One draw back only outdoor seating. But you come for the food and leave with a smile on the face.

Note : I had a hotdog split with cheese in the middle and wrapped with love(bacon)

Greed and Stupidy

Well first let me tell you the GREEDY and Stupid company.

 These b**tards has the nerve to represent the Consumer Reports Magazine. They said in the letter that they are offering the LOWEST rate for 1 years, $56.00.
I have subscribe for over 4 years I have NEVER seen a rate more than $26 bucks. How idiotic can they think I am. Buying at a newsstand is cheaper .
But I am sure there are stupid enough people who do not pay attention and may pay this rate.
I must say you are Stupid..... if you pay a magazine with a credit card. Then year after year they charge you the highest rate. Hey you do not check your statement , they get your money.

Set of guidelines to follow one and all....

1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity.

Been Absent

Well it has been a while since I have posted.  .....I was impress that the jury followed the law and found Mr. Zimmerman not guilty. My question is why did they keep showing a pic of a 12 year old boy????? Not the 6'1" 175 lb man.Though he was legally 17 year old He was man size. And what would YOU do if someone anyone was pounding your head on concrete.

A lighter subject. I went to Taco Bell first time in 8-9  months. Experimented with their so call item that's suppose to be a burrito. WOW it really sucks.   What is worst there are people like my Lifeguard friend ,Wesley, a 20 YO. who really thinks its good.. But I forgive him he was born and raised in the corrupted state of Florida. He has  never been outside is borders.  And Floridians DO NOT have a clue of Great cuisine even good food.  The only thing they can claim good food is key lime pie and those crab claws..  " NOTE  the crab claws along with lobster was consider poor man and criminal food 100 years or so ago....

Naple,Fl. Consider the Beverly Hills of SWFL. Where all the snobby and nose in the air live.  From my daily observation it RAINS and RAINS. Why live in that climate .......not sure.

I live in Cape Coral, Fl.  Known as the Cape... or as gods waiting room and as The Coma. I live here cause  I got 3 bed 2 bath .25 acre of land CHEAP.  It has one of the LOWEST CRIME RATE in this state. And now the price is going up.  GOOD for me. Plus when ever the weather people forecast rain I have thunder and lighting all around me.  It pretty dry.  NOTE  Florida has the most lighting strikes in All the US.  Your chance of being struck is  1 in 10,000 winning the Lottery  1 in 175,000,000. So good  luck playing golf, which is a game and NEVER CAN BE A SPORT, watch out for that lighting.
